Life in Kerala is more than a series
or sequence of time that author holds in the best room of his memory. You can call it kind of “Hiraeth” that author felt for, this welsh word
means- longing for that home that you never had. This could be nomadic life to
reader. Some extent author agrees with you but he loves to be called it
intentional nomadic life.
When someone who never been
stayed out of family shelters had to stay couple of years for post graduation
in exotic Indian southern states, there always welcome of great speculation with full
confidence will be floated by friends and families. It is more like- you do
that and you don’t do that, People there are like this and this will be the
climate there you could experience so, keep this and that clothes. Oh! Yes,
their food and culture- you are going to enjoy and may be ready to face
disaster. Suggestions!

These gave more air of mystery to
author. Thanks to Americans for internet, Google and youtubers some near
estimation of environment can be made par to reality. In Nepal, since south
Indian movies started to post in youtube and as internet became part of
Nepalese life, the popularity of it surged than any entertainment industry.
Author projected Kerala from those
south Indian movies, songs, friends and family, it could be look like this- people having big red eyes, dark
skinned plus size body, lungi as prominent wear for males as casual (You remember
Shahrukh’s Chennai Express and dance with deepika on lungi), hostile people
with sharp sickles in hand who are always ready to attack, coconut oil as curry
oil and people fond of tender coconut.
During second year of graduation friend of
author gave a disk of southern atmospheric bollywood movie “Eak Dewanna Tha” which
revolves around an aspiring flim director boy and a year older to boy a malyali-christain
girl. That beautiful story showed a silver lining. Moreover, Kerala is having great statistics like
state having highest literacy rate throughout India, clean and green
environment, very low crime rate, quality education, humble people, high ethics
and professionalism etc…etc.
Author geared up for Kerala to earn
an MBA degree as Embassy of India offered full scholarship in premium B-school
with free stay and handsome stipend. Thereafter, author books a two AC ticket
of Guhwati-Kollam express reaching to Kerala in 1st of August, 2015
throwing a fear part somewhere between mind and heart.
HAPPY READING!

I understand that your life in Kerala will be unforgettable even if the years pass through.I still can't forget the day you have taught me the final semester subjects and introducing me to your roommates in your hostel who was so freindly. Specially the Autoricksha travel after exams etc each and every moment was good.
